A stratospheric red that takes us all the way back to 2018. For our Carati Unici selection, a wine for reminiscing and dreaming. Relax and abandon yourself to the special story this wine tells. Ruby red like the love that we put into our work every day.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation took place in steel, followed by a long ageing in small oak barrels. After resting in steel the wine was bottled without clarification or filtration.
TASTING NOTES
Perfect with all meats, you’ll be surprised by its freshness, and each sip will impel you to take another. Ideal for relaxed and pleasant atmospheres.

Relive the year 2021 through this incredible rosé. For our Carati Unici selection, a wine to savour and cherish. A single production in numbered bottles, boxed with all the care we can give. The diamond amongst the jewels of Usiglian del Vescovo.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were lovingly harvested, and the must was partially fermented in barriques. After resting in steel, it was refined in cocciopesto amphorae until bottling the following summer.
TASTING NOTES
Mandarin colour with hints of copper. The nose is floral and fruity with notes of citrus, especially mandarin and orange blossom. On the palate it is luscious and mineral, with notes of wet rock, chalk and crisp fruit.

A conceptual, innovative and surprising wine in
celebration of the year 2022, the precious desert rose comes forth from the sand, in this case that of Usiglian del Vescovo. Explosive freshness and fruity power are this wine’s hallmarks, but it also has an incredible minerality.
VINIFICATION
Rosa del Deserto underwent only alcoholic fermentation, after which it was refined for about 8 months in cocciopesto amphorae, and then bottled directly ready for your glass.
TASTING NOTES
Perfect with simple meat dishes, and excellent with recipes pairing fish and tomatos, its fragrance will startle your senses and in two shakes of a lamb’s tail the bottle will be drained. It is also an excellent companion for amiable chatter, and when chilled it will enliven warm summer evenings.
