Wandering in the hills of Usiglian del Vescovo has always been first and foremost a fragrant and sensorial experience, such and so many are the spontaneous essences that inhabit, in all their biodiversity, our unique sandy soils of marine origins. Our London Dry Gin crystallizes this aromatic atmosphere to transport you spiritually to seaside sand dunes. We have infused it with helichrysum, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano and of course juniper, all of which are endemic to our hills, where we grow them with zero environmental impact and with all the love, know-how and passion which always underpin our work. The result is a harmonious, elegant and boldly scented gin with Mediterranean marine character.
