The blackberry is the sweet fruit that grows hidden among the difficulties and thorns of brambles, a tribute to our territory, certainly challenging for its characteristics, but capable of producing amazing wines. A wine with elegant aromas of red fruits, which will win you over with its decisive and enveloping character.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are handpicked and placed in bins for transportation to the cellar. After careful selection, they are destemmed and crushed. This is followed by a maceration of about 13/15 days, depending on the vintage. Punch-downs and pump-overs are carried out, respecting the matrix. The malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks.
