Pink Panther

An incredible rosé that will make you mentally retrace 2021. For the Carati series, a unique piece to be savored and listened to carefully. The bottling is unique and in numbered bottles, packaged with all the care we are capable of. The diamond of the jewels of Usiglian del Vescovo.

VINIFICATION
The grapes were lovingly harvested, and the must was partially fermented in barrels. Following a rest in steel, it was refined in terracotta amphorae before being bottled in the summer.

TASTING NOTES
Mandarin color with coppery reflections. On the nose, it reveals floral and fruity aromas with notes of citrus, with mandarin and orange blossom standing out. On the palate, it is flavorful, mineral with notes of wet rock, chalk, and crunchy fruit.

PAIRINGS
Excellent with seafood or meat crudités, special with seafood first courses. Ideal for accompanying pleasant evenings with friends.
